Week 1

You've ordered your start-up kit. HOORAY!
You've taken the first step on your amazing Jamberry journey.
While you wait for your kit to arrive, you have several important jobs to do. Set aside 20-30 minutes each day to complete these tasks. You're starting to establish the habit of a "Power Hour" each day to work on your business. It doesn't have to be all at once, but it must be focused time.

1) Write your goals.
Imagine the life you want for you and your family. Know that anything is possible! Write down the goals that Jamberry could help you accomplish. Put this list someplace that you'll see every day (refrigerator? planner? computer desktop?). Share it with your sponsor and team manager.
The top recruiter in all of Jamberry explains how this list was critical to her success. Watch Charity's video here.

2) Set up your Facebook business page.
In your Jamberry work station, click on "RESOURCES & TRAINING," then click on "Jamberry U" on the drop-down menu. Click on "New Consultant Training" in the top left. In the drop-down menu, click on "Social Media 101," then choose "Lesson 2.1, Setting Up Your Facebook Business Page."

3) Order your business cards.
Business cards are not required, but they are helpful for giving out samples and contact information.
Consider putting your Facebook business page instead of your rank, because you will be promoting rapidly and your rank will change. The business card should say "Jamberry Independent Consultant." Think about whether you want to share your phone number on a business card that you might share and post in public.
You can order business cards on the Jamberry work station. Click on "Shop," then on "Jamberry Print Shop," then choose a business card that you like.
You can also order your business cards on VistaPrint. Make sure you use the Jamberry Independent Consultant logo if you choose to use a logo on your cards. Often you can save money by searching for "VistaPrint Promo Code" online.

4) Learn your way around the Jamberry work station.
Click on "RESOURCES & TRAINING," then click on "Jamberry U" in the drop-down menu.  At the top left, click on "Jamberry New Consultant Training." In the drop-down menu, click on "Workstation 101." Complete the short lessons in this training.

5) In your work station, create a launch party for yourself and update your personal profile, including a photo.
Follow the directions from "Workstation 101," in step 4 above.

6) Print labels for your catalogs and host/join brochures.
Soon you'll receive your start-up kit (yay!) with catalogs and host/join brochures. You can print labels now with your contact information, to stick on those catalogs and brochures.
In your Jamberry workstation, click on "RESOURCES & TRAINING," then choose "Marketing" from the drop-down menu. Scroll down the page until you see "Mailing Labels PDF." You can add your contact information and print these on Avery 5163 labels. You can also create your own labels using the Avery templates online.

7) Set up your ProPay account.
Sign up for your ProPay account at this link. This is how Jamberry will pay your commission!
If you need help setting up your ProPay account, review the Workstation 101 video.
