Month 3

Now, you're in your third month of business. Let's get that third Fast Start!!

You'll be working on your Third Fast Start, and helping your team members hit their fast starts, too!
You need to sell at least $400 PRV yourself this month.
You need to have 2 active legs. That means 2 recruits that either earn at least $200 PRV this month, or are new this month. A new recruit is automatically considered "active" in the month she joins.
Your whole team needs to sell a total of $1500 TRV this month.

You should have 4-6 parties booked this month, from the parties you held last month. They can be in home or on social media, like Facebook.

This is a great time to learn how to use the Nail Art Studio. Watch these videos. Then create your own design in the Nail Art Studio and submit it for approval! (You don't have to buy or sell your design, but this will be good practice so that you can explain the process to your customers.)

Continue to follow up with your customers. Make this a habit!

Continue daily social media posts. This should also be a habit!

Sign up for an account with MailChimp (it's free). Create a customer newsletter to send out this month. You'll send it to your past customers. You can talk about:

• this month's Sisters Style Exclusive, seasonal or holiday Jamicures, 
• the hostess exclusive wrap for this month, 
• and any specials from Home Office.

Be sure to include beautiful images in your newsletter. Your words should reflect YOUR personality, and you should include a link to your Jamberry website! Now you can send a customer newsletter each month to all of your customers!

Contact 2-3  organizations who might like to have a Jamberry fundraiser. You may choose to do an official Jamberry fundraiser, where Jamberry donates 10% to the organization and there are no hostess rewards. Or you may choose to run the fundraiser like a party, donate your 30% commission and keep your hostess rewards. You can find more info on fundraisers on our team page. This is a great way to make sales, meet new hostesses and customers.
